I began my real estate business in 1999 when my husband's company relocated us to the Madison area. I have always wanted a career in real estate but often worried about how to balance a real estate career and raise 4 children?  Well, the years went by and my children grew older and I knew when I moved here that the time was right.

My family has moved many, many, times over the years with my husband's company so I have learned first-hand what is involved with selling and buying a new home. My personal experience has made me very knowledgeable on what makes a good realtor.  So once I got my license  it was clear what kind of service I wanted to provide my customers. 

As a realtor of the Stark Company for over twenty years now with my office in Sun Prairie I will say that most of my real estate business is right here in the Sun Prairie area. Though there is no place I cannot travel. I found that most of my business is right outside my own backdoor!  I take great pride in Selling Sun Prairie and the surrounding areas and because this area has been my focus,   I have been Starks top selling agent in the Sun Prairie market for over the last ten years!  I live here and love here and I know this market!

In the last twenty years I have seen a lot of change in how real estate is done with our biggest change being the internet and social media. For this reason I know how important it is to have your home looking its best. There is great preparation we do to get your home ready. For, remember the phrase? “We only get one chance to make a first impression!” So preparation is key!  And the lipstick matters. If a buyer isn’t wowed by the presentation then it is hard for them to see the bones.

 I will walk you through what we need to do to get ready and once you are ready we come in and stage and make sure everything is perfect before the pictures and videos are taken and go out to the world!

When you hire me as your realtor you get my team! Actually it is a family affair. With my daughter and son-in-law we bring so much of our expertise to your table. With our team of three there is always someone here to take care of business.

            I have to say that my love for my job has made selling real estate never feel like work.  It is about getting people from where they are to where they want to be and that is the greatest job of all.
